Refund policy

ALL PRODUCT SOLD ARE FINAL. Due to the current pandemic COVID-19 and the nature of beauty products such as cosmetics, wigs/hair, wig/hair care products, returns are not allowed, and refunds will not be issued. Hair extensions can not be resold after being handled or worn by the buyer. For this reason, ALL PRODUCTS SOLD ARE FINAL.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. This is only allowed in cases where there is a mix up from Cico Collection llc. Example; When there is a mixed up order items by us.

To start a return, please contact us at support@cicocollection.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return and being approved of such by us, will not be accepted, and not refunded.

PAYMENT PROCESSING- Using credit or debit cards, please make sure both name and address match with the card to avoid cancelation. This is to ensure both your safety and ours. Paypal name and address should match the order's shipping name and address to avoid possible cancelation of your order.

 

DAMAGES & STOLEN ITEMS

  • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and try to make it right. Do not alter the original state of product if there's a mistake to avoid being charged a 50% fee.
  • Please be sure to track your packages as tracking numbers are sent out to avoid any issues as being lost or stolen. No Refund or exchange will be issuedonce packages leave from Us (Cico Collection llc) to the postal carrier, it is no longer our responsibility.

 

CANCELLATION

If there was a mistake in your choice of product, maybe a cap size, or color or styling option, this can be canceled/corrected within 24hrs of purchase. Send an email to support@cicocollection.com with the order number, name as used for charges and specify if your making changes or cancelling your order. After the window period there will be charges or restocking fee of 30% the amount charged.


EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Returns can only be made when there is a mistake with the order by the seller (Cico Collection llc). And this is accepted if product is in its original packaging and not worn or altered. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 We cannot accept returns on mistakes made by you (the buyer). We Urge you to be sure of your order before payment.  Such as your head size or color or style of your wig. Cico Collection Llc will not be held responsible for wrong fittings due to wrong size choice or color choice.


EXCHANGES

Exchanges are done only if there's a mix up of the order by the seller (Cico Collection). Refer to the above write-ups. fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have been approved to return and make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not hope to inconvenience you, that's why we recommend you review your order before paying as to avoid the possibility of losing your money.

 

REFUNDS

We do not refund. Only in cases where the mistake comes from Cico Collection llc, either in misplacing items or sending the wrong items and couldn't get a replacement or cancelations made within the 24hrs grace period can a refund be issued. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. In most cases a store credit is issued towards your next purchase.

 Custom colored wigs may not come exact as its original picture because all bundles do not lift or color the same or exact. We will strive to get really close to the color but a 100% match or exact isn't guaranteed. Please be sure you Understand this before buying as no refunds will be issued.
