A full spa treatment to deep-clean, condition, and restyle your wig back to its best.

Turnaround: 2–5 business days (weekends excluded), once your wig is received.

✦ Wig Reconstruction

When your cap has worn out but your hair still has life, we rebuild it on a brand-new cap.

• Complete take-down of old wig
• Reconstruction on a new cap
• Professional wig laundry
• Restyling

Turnaround: 7–15 business days (weekends excluded), once your wig is received. Applicable to custom-made wigs only — not factory-made wigs.

What We Accept

• Human hair wigs in manageable condition
• Custom-made wigs (reconstruction & cap work)
• HD lace wigs (fits most skin tones; lace tinting may be needed and can be discussed)

What We Do Not Accept

• Extremely matted or severely tangled hair — we cannot take on wigs in this condition
• Factory-made wigs for reconstruction or cap replacement

How to Prepare Your Wig Before Sending

• Loosely detangle as much as possible
• Place the wig in a secure bag or box to prevent further tangling in transit
• Include a note with your order number — this is required to match your wig to your booking
• Send your tracking number to us within 7 days of purchase to protect your payment

2. Complete checkout. Double-check your email and shipping address
3. Ship or drop off your wig with your order number included
4. Send your tracking number within 7 days of purchase
5. We notify you when your wig is ready for pickup or shipped back to you
